LIVE FIRE EXPERIENCE DAY;

Join us a fun filled day of live fire cooking in our new Field Kitchen here at Horrell & Horrell. Adjacent to our barn and kitchen garden, the Field Kitchen is located in 5 acres of wild flower meadows surrounded by edible hedging. Steve will share a whole host of techniques, teaching the skills needed to cook an epic feast over fire. Our purpose built outdoor kitchen includes kit by Fire Made, Big Green Egg and Kadai, alongside our bespoke handmade kit from our long standing blacksmith Richard. After a day that will make your mouth water, we finish up with a feast where all our guests get to tuck into everything we have cooked, alongside generous bowls of salads, dips and sides harvested from our kitchen garden. We provide a welcome drink on arrival, but as with all our dinners, these events are BYO (we provide a cool box, ice and plenty of drinking water).

THE DAY;

Come along at 10.30am where we meet you with an arrival drink and a bacon sandwich

We spend the morning and early afternoon learning techniques and cooking over fire, with various tasters along the way

At 2/2.30pm we sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour, with everything and more served to share!

We usually wrap up by 4pm

FIELD KITHCHEN PRIVATE HIRE;
